We offer indoor ceremonies in our Rustic Clubhouse and can accommodate up to 80 people. The mountains surround the Clubhouse and host beautiful views of our Golf Course.
Our Outdoor Wedding Ceremony Site is surrounded by the spectacular view of Bootleg Mountain and striking views of the Hoodoos and the St. Mary’s River, our outdoor wedding ceremony site is truly remarkable. Our Reception Venues are dependant on weather and can be hosted on our beautiful deck that overlooks the Golf Course, or inside our Rustic Clubhouse. Whether your affair is Formal, Rustic or Casual we are sure we can find the right fit for you.
Our Outdoor & Indoor Ceremony sites are $1995 + tax if you are booking your reception with us as well. We will provide all chairs, wedding arch and signing table. If you are having the Ceremony only the cost is $1200 + tax and includes the same set up.
The Ceremony Sites and the Rustic Clubhouse can accommodate up to 80 guests. For the Reception Venue, we will provide all chairs, linens, tableware, guest signing table, cake cutting table, gift table and DJ table.

Here at Purcell Golf Club our event facilities can accommodate up to 80 guests with breathtaking views of the Mountains and Fairways. Our facilities can be equipped with all the amenities you require, and our staff will ensure a stress free and successful event.
Our Event Manager and Chef will be happy to assist you in creating your own menu should the attached selections not meet your specific needs.

Our Clubhouse is available for meetings/corporate luncheons etc. and includes the standard set up of tables, chairs, and a water station.
Wedding or Special Event packages that take place in the Clubhouse or Patio will include table and chair setup with linen, dinner plates, flatware, a cake table, guest signing table, DJ table and gift table.
Prices do not include applicable taxes. All food and beverage prices are subject to a 18% service charge.
We will contact you seven (7) days prior to your function to confirm the “guaranteed” number of guests attending. Applicable food and beverage charges will be based on the guaranteed number or actual number served, which ever is greater.
Weddings and Special Events require a three hundred and fifty ($350) dollar deposit at the time of booking to confirm the function date. Arrangement for full payment is required the day of your event.
Cancellation notices for wedding or special events received less than thirty (30) days prior to the function date will forfeit their deposit.
Decorating for Special Events/Weddings
Purcell Golf does not promise or guarantee the availability of the room in advance for decoration for a wedding or special events. Decorating is allowed on the morning of the event.
Start & Finish Times
Starting and ending times of all functions are to be strictly adhered to as space is only booked for the times indicated. Personal effects and equipment must be removed from the facility at the end of the scheduled booking. Purcell Golf does not accept liability for articles left after the scheduled end time of booking. All functions, entertainment and bar service must end by 12 midnight and the room must be vacated by 12:30am.eds.
PST & GST
All services are subject to taxes in accordance with Revenue Canada. GST (5%) and PST (10%) is applied to alcoholic beverages. A full disclosure of this policy is available at www.canada.gc.ca using reference RC 4036
Special dietary substitutions are available. Any special meals, allergies, or menu restrictions much be indicated at the time of booking. Purcell Golf will do their best to meet the needs of all customers with food allergies or restrictions.
Restrictions on Outside Food and Removal of Food
Due to City and Provincial health regulations, Purcell Golf does not permit any food or beverage to be brought in from outside sources.
Exceptions: WEDDING CAKES/CUPCAKES/CANDY BAR.
Purcell Golf will be the sole supplier of food and beverages and all leftovers will remain the property of the Purcell Golf Club.

Alcohol Service Policy
It is the policy of Purcell Golf Inc. to always serve alcoholic beverages in a responsible and professional manner. We adhere to all applicable laws and regulations as they pertain to the service of alcohol to underage or visibly intoxicated persons.
Service of alcoholic beverages is subject to the inclusion of food.
Last call for Special Events and Weddings is 11:45pm. Purcell Golf Inc. request to clear the premises by 12:30am (provincial health guidelines permitting).
Extensions of this time must be done by prior arrangement and incur an extra charge.
**please note BC liquor laws do not allow home-made wine or beer on the premises**
Depending on your preference you can choose to have a variety of different bar payments set up. Each option can be modified to your preference and budget.
HOST BAR: An arrangement where the company or individual hosting a reception or dinner pays for all the guest’s beverages. An 18% service charge will be added to the final bill.
CASH BAR: Guests purchase their individual beverages through the bartender or waitress
SUBSIDIZED BAR: Also known as a Toonie or Loonie Bar where guests pay a set amount for a drink and the host subsidizes the difference including the tax and gratuity of 18%.
